摘要
多晶硅是一种高纯度的硅材料,在电子生产领域有着广泛的应用.随着近年来电子产业的发展,以及移动通讯5G时代即将来临,无疑会对于电子产品产生更加丰富的应用需求,将对多晶硅等原材料的生产提出更高的要求.所以,该文以多晶硅质量作为探讨的核心,以改良西门子法的具体应用,探讨加强多晶硅生产质量的方式,以期能够为相关领域提供些许理论借鉴.
Polycrystalline silicon is a high-purity silicon material with wide applications in electronic production.With the development of the whole human electronics industry in recent years and the coming of the 5G era of mobile communication,there will undoubtedly be more demanding application requirements for electronic products,indicating higher requirements for the production of raw materials such as polysilicon.Therefore,this paper takes polysilicon quality as the core of the discussion and uses the specific application of modified Siemens process to explore ways to strengthen the quality of polysilicon production,thus providing some theoretical references for related fields.
