前列腺等离子电切术中应用间歇性压力泵预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察对行前列腺等离子电切术治疗患者应用间歇性压力泵预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果.方法 选取2016年1月~2018年1月,到我院进行前列腺等离子电切术治疗的106例前列腺增生症患者,将患者分为两组.所有患者均进行常规前列腺等离子电切术治疗,观察组患者在术中应用间歇性压力泵,对照组不采取干预措施.结果 观察组下肢DVT发生率明显低于对照组(3.77% VS16.98%) (P <0.05);术后120 h,观察组患者的总静脉管径大于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 应用间歇性压力泵能够降低下肢DVT发生率,改善部分下肢静脉管径及凝血功能. Objective To observation of the effect of intermittent pressure pump on the prevention of in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)by plasma resection of prostateobserve.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,106 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups.All the patients were treated with conventional prostatectomy,the patients in the observation group were treated with intermittent pressure pump during the operation,and the control group did not take intervention measures.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.77%vs 16.98%),(P<0.05).At 120 hours after operation,the total venous diameter and fibrinogen level in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermittent pressure pump can reduce the incidence of DVT of lower extremity and improve some lower extremity venous diameter and coagulation function.
