大型枢纽工程上跨既有高速公路施工交通组织方案研究

摘要 随着近几年我国高速公路的蓬勃发展,越来越多的新建高速公路大型交通枢纽工程与既有高速公路交叉形成交通网络.同时,在上跨施工过程中,即要确保施工、运营安全,又要经济、快速的完成施工任务,实现合理的交通组织,已经成为研究的一门热门话题.本文通过对温州绕城高速公路西南线10标段万全枢纽工程上跨甬台温高速公路瑞平段工程实例,从施工路段的周围地理环境、实测车流、交通仿真软件模拟、交通组织方案对比等多方面进行分析、对比、论证,最终得到最科学合理、经济高效、安全可控的最佳交通组织方案用以指导施工. With the prosperity of China’S expressway in recent years,an increasing number of large transportation hub projects of newly built expressways have crossed with existing expressways to form a transportation network.At the same time,there has been a hotspot issue for study in order to ensure safe work and operation,and economical,rapid completion of the work and build a rational traffic organization in the process of overpassing construction.This paper takes the example of Wanquan Hub Project of Wenzhou Behline Highway Southwest Line 10 Section overpassing NingboTaizhou-Wenzhou Highway Ruiping Section,through analysis,comparison and argument in multiple aspects such as the surrounding geographical circumstance of construction section,measured traffic flow,simulation of traffic simulation software,and traffic organization schemes,this paper concludes the best traffic organization scheme which is the most scientific and rational,economical and efficient,safe and controllable to guide construction.
