摘要
本研究通过在常压缺氧和急性脑缺血性缺氧条件下,给予小鼠高、中、低剂量蜂胶粉末,研究小鼠对其抗缺氧能力的影响.本研究选用SPF级ICR雄性小鼠作为实验动物,并将这些小鼠随机进行分组,可分为蜂胶粉末高、中、低剂量组以及阴性对照组,以此来探究蜂胶是否具有提高缺氧耐受性的能力.结果:将各个实验小组小鼠的常压耐缺氧时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧时间进行比较后,本研究发现,与阴性对照组相比,蜂胶粉末中剂量组(25.0mg/kg)、高剂量组(50.0mg/kg)明显比阴性对照组耐受时间更长,表明蜂胶能够提高缺氧耐受性的能力.
In this study,mice were given high,medium and low doses of propolis powder under normal pressure hypoxia and acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia to study the effect of mice on their anti-hypoxia ability.In this study,SPF ICR male mice were selected as experimental animals,and these mice were randomly divided into high,medium and low dose propolis powder groups and negative control groups,in order to explore whether propolis has the ability to improve hypoxia tolerance.Results:Comparing the hypobaric hypoxia time and the acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia time in each experimental group of mice,it was found that propolis powder medium dose group(25.0mg/kg)and high dose group(50.0mg/kg)had longer tolerance time than negative control group,which indicated that propolis could improve the tolerance to hypoxia.
