摘要
发动机冷却水泵的气蚀破坏是缩短汽车冷却系统寿命、产生振动噪声等危害的关键因素,为了提高发动机冷却水泵的抗气蚀性能,本文以某汽油机冷却系统为例,利用AVL-FIRE软件对水泵性能进行预测,并分别对大/小循环时水泵及旁通管路的内部流场进行CFD数值模拟,预测水泵气蚀倾向,最后针对水泵气蚀部位进行结构优化建议,作为设计指导依据.
The cavitation damage of the cooling water pump is the key factor to short the life of the cooling system and cause vibration and noise.In order to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the engine cooling water pump,this paper takes the gasoline engine cooling system as an example,and uses the AVL-FIRE software tp analyze the water pump,The CFD numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the pump and the bypass pipeline is carried out,and the cavitation tendency of the pump is predicted.Finally,the structural optimization of the pump cavitation is proposed as the basis of the design guidance.
