行人保护头碰加速度波形分析与结构优化

摘要 研究了行人头部与机罩撞击过程中头部加速度波峰的形成机理,将已有头部加速度波形由四段式波形修正为三段式波形.通过试验与仿真,验证了三段式波形理论的准确性,并依据该波形理论对机罩前端锁扣区域结构进行了优化,在保证机罩行驶安全强度性能的条件下有效地降低了该区域的头部伤害值. In the process of impact between the pedestrian head form and hood,the head acceleration waveform is update from four phases to three phases with the analysis about the formation mechanism of peaks.Base on the three phases waveform which is validated by the test and simulation,the structure around the lock of hood is optimized,and the head injury criterion is reduced effectively with good driving safety performance.
