摘要 Objective:To study the influence of sequential125I particle chain implantation and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) on tumor cell killing effect in patients with liver cancer. Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with advanced liver cancer who were treated in our hospital between September 2014 and December 2016 were collected, reviewed and then divided into the control group (n=45) who received TACE alone and the observation group (n=37) who received sequential125I particle chain implantation and TACE. Serum levels of tumor markers, angiogenesis indexes and apoptosis molecules before and after treatments were compared between two groups of patients. Results: Before treatment, differences in serum levels of tumor markers, angiogenesis indexes and apoptosis molecules were not statistically significant between two groups of patients. After treatment, serum tumor markers AFP, CA199, CA153 and Ferritin levels in observation group were lower than those in control group;serum angiogenesis indexes VEGF, PEDF, ES and bFGF contents were lower than those in control group;serum apoptosis molecules p53 and Fas contents were higher than those in control group.Conclusion:Sequential125I particle chain implantation and TACE treatment of advanced liver cancer can effectively reduce tumor malignancy and promote tumor apoptosis.
