纳氏试剂法测定水中低浓度氨氮的预处理方法的改进

摘要 当用纳氏试剂法定量氨氮时,比较了以硼酸和纯水为吸收液的蒸馏方法中氨氮的检测效果.结果表明氨氮浓度> 1.当氨氮浓度为1时,可以使用纯水或硼酸作为吸收液.对纳氏试剂法测定水中低浓度氨氮的预处理方法进行了一定的研究,得出优选纯水作为吸收液. When the ammonia nitrogen was quantified by the Nessler reagent method,the detection effect of ammonia nitrogen in the distillation method using boric acid and pure water as the absorption liquid was compared.The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen concentration was>1.When the ammonia nitrogen concentration is 1,pure water or boric acid can be used as the absorption liquid.In this paper,some researches on the pretreatment method for the determination of low concentration ammonia nitrogen in water by Nessler's reagent method have been carried out.It is concluded that pure water must be used as the absorption liquid.
