摘要 介绍4号机组低压缸进汽灵活性改造前后的概况,针对低压缸喷水减温、低压缸排汽测量装置硬件上存在的问题,以及脱硝自调、RB逻辑、协调逻辑、循环水变频逻辑等存在的问题,提出设备改进及逻辑优化方案,实施后经过一个采暖季运行,取得了良好效果,保证了供热机组安全、稳定、经济的运行. This paper introduces the general situation of low pressure cylinder intake flexibility of NO.4 unit in a company before and after modification.Aiming at the problems existing in low cylinder water injection cooling,low cylinder exhaust measuring device hardware,as well as the problems existing in denitrification self-regulation,RB logic,coordination logic and circulating water frequency conversion logic,this paper puts forward the equipment improvement scheme,logic optimization scheme,after implementation,after a heating season operation,good results have been achieved.The effect ensures the safe,stable and economical operation of the heating unit.
