百万MW机组参与电网辅助服务优化与研究

摘要 本文基于江苏电网火电机组辅助服务考核、补偿规则和多年考核情况,分析2015—2018年某火电厂百万机组AGC、一次调频、机组调差等辅助服务考核的要因和优化措施,从热控、通讯、运行、专业指标管理等方面降低考核费用.结合电力体制改革,拓展辅助服务深度调峰补偿业务,实现新型电源结构的辅助服务网源双赢,为提高同区域火电机组辅助服务能力提供参考. Based on the assessment and compensation rules of auxiliary services of thermal power units in Jiangsu Power Grid and multi-year assessment,analyze the causes and optimization measures of auxiliary service assessments such as AGC,primary frequency modulation and unit adjustment of a thermal power plant in 2015-2018.Control,communication,operation,professional indicator management and other aspects to reduce assessment costs.In combination with the reform of the power system,the company will expand the auxiliary peak-to-peak compensation service to achieve a win-win situation for the auxiliary power supply network of the new power supply structure,and provide reference for improving the auxiliary service capability of the thermal power unit in the same region.
