输气管道缓蚀剂预膜机理与工艺的研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,随着国内外天然气的开采力度和利用程度的不断加大,对输气管道防腐蚀能力的要求也随之提高.缓蚀剂预膜工艺技术可有效提升输气管道的抗腐蚀能力,避免因管道内腐蚀穿孔而造成天然气泄漏爆炸等一系列安全问题,从而达到安全、高效运行的目的.因此,研究并分析缓蚀剂预膜的机理,分析影响预膜质量的多种因素,并提出一种高效合理的缓蚀剂预膜工艺显得尤为关键.论述了国内外常用的缓蚀剂预膜工艺和预膜机理,对各工艺的原理进行详细阐述,并对目前的发展现状做出总结,对未来的发展趋势做出展望. In recent years,with the increasing of exploitation intensity and utilization of natural gas at home and abroad,the requirement of anti-corrosion ability of pipeline is also increasing.Corrosion inhibitor pre-membrane technology can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the gas pipeline,to avoid the corrosion perforation in the pipeline to cause a series of safety problems,such as leakage and explosion,so as to achieve the goal of safe and efficient operation.Therefore,it is very important to study and analyze the mechanism of corrosion inhibitor pre-filming,the various factors affecting the quality of pre-film,and put forward an efficient and reasonable process of corrosion inhibitor pre-filming.In this paper,common pre-membrane technologies and pre-membrane mechanism of corrosion inhibitors at home and abroad were mainly discussed,the principle of each process was expounded in detail,and the present development situation was summarized,and the future development trend was prospected.
