摘要
目的:分析血钙、踝肱指数(ABI)和老年认知功能障碍之间相关性。方法:收集和分析2015年福州市马尾区≥65岁老年人(n=1037例)MMSE问卷调查和体格检查的横断面研究数据。采用Logistical回归计算认知功能障碍者倾向指数,按照倾向指数进行组间卡钳匹配,匹配后的数据比较两组血钙、ABI分布及相关情况。结果:PSM成功匹配262例,其中认知功能障碍组(n=135)和对照组(n=127),匹配后的协变量均衡,血钙、ABI在组间的差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与MMSE得分存在相关(P<0.05)。结论:血钙、ABI可能与老年人认知功能相关,是认知功能障碍的可能影响因素。
Purpose Analysis the association between blood calcium,ankle brachial index(ABI)and cognitive impairment in older adults.Methods Cross-sectional data from the MMSE questionnaire and physical examination of older adults(≥65,n=1,037)in the Mawei district of Fuzhou in 2015 were collected and analyzed.Calculated each patient’s propensity score by logistical regression model,and made caliper matching according to the propensity score.The matched data compared the distribution of blood calcium,ABI and the correlation between the two groups.Results 262 cases were successfully matched by PSM,including the cognitive impairment group(n=135)and the control group(n=127).After matching the covariate equilibrium,blood calcium and ABI were statistically significant between the groups after matching(P<0.05)and correlated with the MMSE score(P<0.05).Conclusions Blood calcium and ABI may be associated with cognitive function in older adults and may be the possible influence factors of cognitive impairment.
