摘要
目的评价全自动盐碘滴定分析仪测定碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐中碘含量的应用。方法采用全自动盐碘滴定分析仪测定碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐中碘含量,从方法的检出限、精密度、准确度(碘成分分析标准物质GBW10006d、GBW10007d检测及加标回收实验)等方面进行效果验证,并与滴定分析法进行方法比对实验。结果全自动盐碘滴定分析仪测定碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐的检出限均为0.42 mg/kg。精密度实验中,不同质量浓度碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐的变异系数范围分别为1.10%~2.13%、0.89%~1.70%。碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐中碘成分分析标准物质GBW10006d、GBW10007d的检测结果均在给定的参考值范围内。不同质量浓度碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐的总平均加标回收率分别为99.67%、99.14%。两种方法检测碘酸钾碘盐、碘化钾碘盐的结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.89、1.57,P=0.070、0.127)。结论应用全自动盐碘滴定分析仪测定碘酸钾碘盐和碘化钾碘盐中碘含量的检出限低、精密度高、准确性好,适合碘缺乏病病情监测中大批量样品的检测。
Objective To evaluate the application of a fully automatic salt iodine titration analyzer for determination of iodine level in potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt.Methods Using a fully automatic salt iodine titration analyzer to determine the iodine level in potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt,the effectiveness of the method was verified in terms of detection limit,precision,accuracy(detection of standard substances GBW10006d and GBW10007d for iodine composition analysis and spiked recovery experiments),and method comparison experiments were conducted with the titration analysis method.Results The detection limits of potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt determined by the fully automatic salt iodine titration analyzer were both 0.42 mg/kg.In the precision experiment,the coefficient of variation of potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt with different mass concentrations ranged from 1.10%to 2.13%and 0.89%to 1.70%,respectively.The detection results of the iodine composition analysis standard substances GBW10006d and GBW10007d in potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt were within the given reference value range.The total average spiked recovery rates of potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt with different mass concentrations were 99.67%and 99.14%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the detection results of potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt between the two methods(t=-1.89,1.57,P=0.070,0.127).Conclusion The fully automatic salt iodine titration analyzer for the determination of iodine level in potassium iodate salt and potassium iodide salt has low detection limit,high precision and good accuracy,making it suitable for detection of large quantities of samples in the monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders.
