摘要
目的探讨大数据健康管理对糖尿病患者血糖达标的临床应用。方法本研究是回顾性研究,搜集2020年10月—2022年6月于淮滨县人民医院健康管理中心体检的560例糖尿病患者的病例资料为观察组,同期选取慢性病门诊198例糖尿病患者为对照组。对照组给予常规的药物治疗、实验室检查、随访和教育;观察组采用大数据健康管理联合药物治疗进行血糖动态监控,干预治疗1年后,观察两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平、体质量指数(BMI)变化。符合正态分布的计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ^(2)检验。结果治疗前,两组患者的FBG、HbA1c达标率及双达标率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗1年后,观察组患者的FBG、HbA1c及双达标率干预前达标率分别为58.4%、48.2%、34.3%,明显高于对照组的28.8%、25.8%、16.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),观察组患者的TC、TG、FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c、BMI数值均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论大数据健康管理对糖尿病患者血糖达标有较好的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application of big data health management in achieving blood glucose control in diabetes patients.Methods This retrospective study collected the medical records of 560 iabetic patients who underwent physical examinations at the health management center of Huaibin County People's Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 as the observation group.During the same period,198 diabetic patients from the chronic disease outpatient department were selected as the control group.The control group recieved routine medication,laboratory tests,follow-up and education.The observation group used big data health management for dynamic blood glucose monitoring.After 1 year of intervention treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2h blood glucose(2 hBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and changes in body mass index(BMI)were observed in both groups.Normally distributed measurement data were analyzed using the t-test,and count data were analyzed using theχ^(2)-test.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the FBG,HbA1c control rate,and dual control rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the FBG,HbA1c,and dual control rates of the observation group were 58.4%,48.2%and 34.3%,respectively,significantly higher than those of the control group,which were 28.8%,25.8%and 16.7%,respectively(all P<0.05).The TC,TG,FBG,2hBG,HbA1c and BMI values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).Conclusion Big data health management has a good clinical value in achieving blood glucose control in diabetic patients.
