摘要
目的比较不同充填材料在牙体牙髓病患者一次性根管术中的应用效果。方法前瞻性随机对照分析。纳入2020年3月至2021年3月郑州市第三人民医院收治的92例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。两组患者均给予一次性根管治疗,其中对照组给予碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂作为根管填充剂,观察组给予纳米羟基磷灰石作为根管填充剂。治疗结束后,对比两组患者临床疗效、牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)、咀嚼效率(OD值)及牙齿松动度(TMD),观察两组治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.48%,43/46)高于对照组(78.26%,36/46),P<0.05。观察组GI、BI、TMD值低于对照组,OD值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂比较,采用纳米羟基磷灰石作为牙体牙髓病患者的一次性根管术填充材料的效果更好,患者康复更快,咀嚼效率更佳。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of different filling materials in one-time root canal therapy for dental pulp disease.Methods A prospective randomized controlled analysis was used in this study.A total of 92 patients with dental pulp disease who were hospitalized in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2020 to March 2021 were included as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were given one-off root canal therapy.The control group was given iodoform zinc oxide clove oil paste as root canal filler.The observation group was given nano hydroxyapatite as root canal filler.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI),masticatory efficiency(OD)and tooth mobility degree(TMD)of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.48%,43/46)was higher than that in the control group(78.26%,36/46),P<0.05.The values of GI,BI and TMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the value of OD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Using nano hydroxyapatite as one-time root canal filling material for patients with dental pulp disease is better than using iodoform zinc oxide clove oil paste,treated by which patients can recover faster and have better chewing efficiency.
