摘要
造口旁疝是各类造口术后的常见并发症之一,其特点是发病率高,最多见于直肠癌Miles术后造口患者,一旦发生对患者生活质量影响较大,严重者可危及生命,其主要治疗方式为手术治疗,但术后复发率较高。近年来随着医疗科技和材料技术的不断进步以及治疗理念的不断革新,造口旁疝的诊治取得了较大的进步,但总体效果仍不令人满意。本文旨在对造口旁疝的诊治进展,结合国内外研究成果进行总结与论述。
One of the most common complications following stoma creation is paratostomy hernia,which has a high incidence and is most commonly seen in patients after the Miles operation.Once it occurs,it will have a great impact on the quality of life of patients and even pose a threat to their lives in severe cases.The main therapy for paratostomy hernia is surgical treatment;however,the recurrence rate after surgery is high.In recent years,with the continuous progress of medical technology and material technology and the continuous innovation of the treatment concept,the diagnosis and treatment of parastomal hernia have made great progress,but the overall effect is still unsatisfactory.The purpose of this article is to summarize and discuss the progress of diagnosis and treatment of parastomal hernia,combined with domestic and foreign research results.
