摘要
体育科研所开发类研究工作的绩效 ,如何才能得到社会公正、准确的评价 ,是当今体育科研中的重要课题之一。它涉及到即将进行的科技体制改革的根本问题。本文基于对管理学的研究成果 ,阐述了建立评价指标体系的原则、方法和具体内容 ,并分别对 1 6项评价小指标进行了数学计算列式 ,且指出了该评价方法的实际意义。
