摘要
在130轧机上以冷轧铝合金带材 (LY - 12 -CZ)为模拟材料进行了轧辊热行为的实验研究 ,用有限单元法对轧机工作辊的热行为进行了模拟计算 结果表明 ,实验结果与模拟计算结果基本吻合 。
The influence of the temperature rise of the roll on the predictions of the 3 dimensional finite element thermal mechanical model of the clod rolling process of aluminum base alloys strip(LY-12-CZ) is investigated in a 130 two high stand.Results of calculations based on this model show satisfactory agreement with laboratory experiment data.It is concluded that calculating the temperature rise of the roll has a significant effect on the predictive capabilities of the model.
