摘要
分析了采用全自动国产碱锰电池设备生产无汞碱性锌锰电池的现状,几年来批量生产的实践证明:国产线的精度完全能满足无汞电池的工艺要求。文章还对我国今后无汞碱锰电池的工艺以及电池生产设备发展提出了一些参考性的建议。
The mercury-freealkaline Zn/MnO 2 batteries were produced by automatic homemadeequipment.Andthe status was analyzed.The practice of mass production in the past years proved that the precision of homemadeequipmentcan meet the needs of mercury-freeZn/MnO 2 batteries.Andsome suggestion for improvementwere proposed to the developmentof producing technology and equipmentsof mercury-freeZn/MnO 2 battery in the future in China.
