摘要
安全问题不仅是一个管理问题,更是一个文化问题。建立高校校园安全文化,有利于校园安全工作的全面开展及有效落实。本文就高校校园安全文化特点、作用进行了分析,并通过对构筑高校校园安全文化体系内涵的阐述,说明构筑框架的途径。
The security is not only a managenment,but also a culture issue.Establishing security culture in advanced education school is bencficial to conducting security widely,and finishing this work efficiently.Thisarticle emphasizes on the characteristics,function analysis of advanced education school security culture.Further more,it introclules the apprcach of the f rame construction by explaining the essence of conducting the advanced education school security culture.
