摘要
根据植物组织培养实验教学的特点,通过开放实验室,强化实验教学,探索开放植物组织培养实验室存在的问题和解决办法,达到促进教师教学和科研工作、提高学生综合素质的目的.
According to the characterisitics of plant tissue culture experiment,we attempt to explore the opening mode of plant tissue culture lab to enhance experiment teaching and study the problems existing and methods to them.
