摘要
介绍了消失模铸造充型速度测试的原理,在Proteus仿真环境下建立单片机系统电路模型,实现了消失模铸造液态金属充型速度测试过程的虚拟仿真。实验证明,单片机虚拟仿真实验简化了程序在目标硬件上的调试工作,有利于缩短系统开发周期,降低成本。
This paper introduces the principle of measurement on mold-filling velocity of lost foam and the model for micro-controller system under proteus simulation environment. At last, simulation was made about measurement on mold-filling velocity. The result proves that the work load of program debugging in objective hardware was reduced, development process is accelerated and the cost is lowed by micro-controller virtual simulation experiment.
