The relationship of oxidative stress and development of Alzheimer's disease

摘要 氧化应激被认为是正常老化和老年性疾病,如阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)等发病过程中的一个关键因素,这种应激在衰老过程中,随着脑组织氧化损伤而影响学习和记忆能力,在轻度认知障碍状态中发挥重要作用。本文拟在这方面做一些综述。
