摘要
企业社会责任是上个世纪以来在企业管理研究领域出现的一个重要概念,是对西方传统经济理论中有关企业目的的假设“实现利润最大化”的反思中逐渐发展起来的。企业社会责任的倡导者认为,利润和社会利益两方面都是企业的目标,二者在相互约束的条件下实现其各自的最大化,以便在企业目标上达成一种均衡状态。本文从企业的目标角度出发,阐述了企业的社会责任目标,并分析社会责任目标与其他目标之间的相关性,提出了我国实现企业社会责任目标的路径。
