摘要
文章分析了甘肃省人力资源现状及存在的问题,提出了甘肃省人力资源开发的措施。以营造良好的人力资源开发环境为突破口,充分发挥政府、企事业单位和个人的作用,稳定本省人力资源,引进省外人力资源,发展教育,与就业和创业相结合,完善人力资源统计评估制度。
