摘要
用ICP AES法直接测定铝硅合金中Cr,Cd,Sn,Ba,Mn,Fe,Zn,Ti,Cu,Co,Ni,Mg诸杂质元素。研究了溶剂、试样中硅、铝基体、载气流量和溶液酸度对测定结果的影响。选择合适的分析线,优化了测定条件。方法回收率在96%~104%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。
ICP-AES was used for the direct determination of impurities i.e.Cr,Cd,Sn,Ba,Mn,Fe,Zn,Ti,Cu,Co,Ni,Mg in aluminium-silicon alloy.The effects of solvent,matrix,flow capacity of carrier gas and acidic concentration of solution on the determination results were studied.The best operating paramenters were chosen.This method was simple,rapid and accurate.The recoveries were in the range of 96%~104%.The relative standard deviation was less than 5%
