摘要
证明了三轴椭圆振动筛非工作状态下偏心质量位置与振动方向角的关系，并建立了它们的函数表达式，为产品质量控制提供了直观的检查依据，杜绝了出厂前试车时才发现振动方向角有误而返工重新安装，避免劳力的浪费。
The paper has proved the relationship between the position of eccentric mass and vibratiTMng direction angle in the condition of non-operative statc, and establishes the functional expression of them, thus stopping reassembly because of vibrating direction angle error discovered until trial run before leaving the manufacturer, avoiding waste of labour force.
