摘要
以黄原酸盐类和二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠为捕收剂,在冶炼废水中进行了镍钴离子浮选试验,查明了捕收剂用量、pH 值、电解质等对浮选的影响,指出用离子浮选法可以成功处理镍钴冶炼废水。在捕收剂按镍钴化学式量添加,浮选 pH6—10的条件下,可以得到含镍钴分别低于3毫克/升的处理水。废水中大量碳酸盐的存在对镍浮选影响不大,对钴浮选有害,使钴回收率降低。浮选试验结果与已报道的理论计算预测完全一致。
