摘要
结合悬浮 PVC 的生产实际,我们开发了氯乙烯悬浮聚合反应动力学方程体系。当应用有关方程计算引发剂(单一的或复合的)用量、控制引发剂残留浓度的比值时,获得了预期的反应周期、稳定的聚合反应条件及优质的 PVC 树脂。
Basedon the kinetic equations previously derived for the suspension poly- merization of vinyl chloride,a set of equations have been developed for the calculation of the quantities of initiators(single or compounded)to be used for the control of the residual concentration ratio of initiators,and conseq- quently,the required period of reaction.Examples have been given to illus- trate their applications.With the guidance of the present method,steady conditions of polymerization operation and superior qualities...
