摘要
本文论述了一种补偿支持辊偏心影响的自动控制方法。主要控制思想是预先模型识别加在线参数自学习,主要数字信号处理手段是MFFT。仿真结果表明,这种控制方法可使由偏心引起的厚度波动减少80%。
This paper presents a control method used to eliminate the influncc of the back-up rool 's eccentricity on the exit strip. The main control idea is anticipatory model identification combined with the automatic modification of parameters. The main method used to detect the periodic variation signal caused by the back-up rool's eccentricity is MFFT (Modified Fast Fourier Transform). The result of the simulation shows that the fluctuation on the exit strip is reduced by 80%.
