摘要
本文通过选用新型低钨高速钢,取代通用高钨高速钢用来制造冲棒,经合理的热处理加工后,强韧性高,综合性能良好,实际寿命可提高近一倍,获得较满意的技术经济效果。
A new type tungsten quick-cutting tool steel was selected in making stamping rod. This stamping rod exhibited high tenacity and excellent combination property after suitable heat-treatment. Its actual life was about two times longer tnan that made of general purpose high tungsten quick-cutting steel. The technical effect and economic efficiency were rather satisfactory.
