摘要
介绍了一种基于VME总线、高精度的多通道定标器,可测量脉冲信号频率达到80MHz,对脉宽/占空比无特殊要求,计数误差小于10-7。可满足目前高能物理、核物理实验中对定标测量的需求。由于采用了现场可编程门阵列芯片(FPGA)和模块化的设计理念,定标器具有高集成度和通用性的特点。
A Multi-channel high resolution scaler based on VME bus is introduced,which could count pulse signals in a wide frequency range up to 80 MHz.The the count error is less than 10-7.This scaler satisfies the requirement of modern High Energy and Nuclear Physics experiments.Because of the application of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) and modularity designing concept,it has the feature of high integration and universality.
