摘要
通过配制PtW中间合金的方法确保了成分的均匀性,通过合理的热锻及冷加工工艺,并配以中间热处理,成功制备出Φ10μm及Φ8μm的PtW超细丝材,且单根超细丝的长度可达到45m以上。显微结构分析表明:PtW合金在铸态时为典型的包晶组织,初生相呈枝晶,热加工后晶粒被破碎,中间热处理后显微组织为细小、均匀的等轴晶。通过实验研究,PtW8.5为合金最佳成分。
The ultra-thin PtW alloy wires, more than 40 m long, 10 and 8 μm in diameter, were produced by using reasonable hot forging and cold working technology. The component of PtW alloy was uniform by using the master alloy. The microstructure of PtW alloy is peritectic structure, and primary crystal is dendritic. The crystals are broken after hot working, and they are finer and more uniform after intermediate heat treatment. And the most optimal componet is Pt8.5%W.
