摘要
利用Deform2D有限元分析软件建立了金属正交切削过程的仿真模型。通过正交切削试验,对仿真结果进行了验证和比较,并分析了摩擦系数对仿真结果中切屑形状、切削力等的影响。
The simulation model of metal orthogonal cutting process was established by means of finite element software Deform2D.Through an orthogonal cutting experiment,the simulation results were validated and compared with experimental results,and the impacts of friction factor on simulation results such as chip figure,cutting force,etc were analyzed.
