摘要
对麻花钻建模的国内外研究现状进行了概述;比较了三种适用于切削加工研究的有限元软件的性能特征,探讨了切削过程仿真的关键技术;介绍了有限元仿真在钻削加工中的应用;指出了钻削加工有限元仿真研究所存在的问题及其发展趋势。
The recent research and development in twist drill modeling is summarized. The performances and features of three kinds of FE software they’re suited to simulation of the cutting process are compared,and some key technologies in the Finite Element Modeling are discussed. At the same time,the application of the FEM simulation in the drilling operations is systematically introduced,and finally the open question and trend in development of FEM simulation for the drilling process are presented.
