摘要
在铣刀刃形检测系统的运动控制中采用CNC技术控制测头和工作台沿理论刃形的加工轨迹运动,使传感器的量程减小,基本消除了传感器的量程和非线性误差,提高了A/D转换的分辨率,从而保证了检测精度。论述了刀齿的理论模型和测头轨迹的计算及系统软/硬件结构;阐述了软件编程和调用DLL进行I/O操作的思想。
The edge checking system uses CNC technology in the movement control of the system to enhance the precision of edge checking. The calculation of theoretical model and track of detector are addressed. The structure of hardware and software of the system are discussed. The software of edge checking system is programmed in VB. The main program structure is discussed. The dynamic link library (DLL) is called for I/O channel operation.
