摘要
发现并报道了苯并咪唑盐与格利雅试剂等亲核试剂的加成-水解反应。该反应模拟四氢叶酸辅酶在生物体内转移一碳单元的反应,以苯并咪唑盐作为甲酸氧化态的四氢叶酸辅酶新模型化合物,以格利雅(Grignard)试剂等亲核试剂作为接受一碳单元转移的试剂,实现了醛、酮和大环酮等有机化合物的仿生合成,提供了以苯并咪唑盐作为四氢叶酸辅酶新模型的多种仿生有机合成新方法。
The additionhydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salts with Grignard reagent nucleophiles was found and reported.Based on the one carbon unit transfer reaction of tetrahydrofolate coenzymes,aldehydes,ketones, largering cycloalkanones and other organic compounds were synthesized successfully by using benzimidazolium salt as tetrahydrofolate coenzyme model at formic acid oxidation level and Grignard reagent as nucleophile to which one carbon unit was transferred.Novel synthetic methods for aldehyde, keton...
