摘要
以某矿风井巷道围岩松散破坏的维护技术为例,从提高围岩整体结构强度的角度出发,提出了在原支护条件下对被保护巷道进行注浆加固的方案。对锚注工艺的流程、材料设备、施工措施作了详尽的论述,并用数值模拟软件UDEC模拟分析注浆技术的关键因数。研究水泥浆液比例与注浆压力对浆液扩散范围的影响。从现场实践的效果来看,注浆技术的采用提高了浅部岩体的围岩强度,改善了力学性能,从而使巷道在采用锚索支护时,能够显著提高锚索的锚固力,形成有效的承载结构。验证了锚注支护理论。
