摘要
随着学校体育教育改革逐步深化，对体育教师工作成绩作出正确评价和科学评估成为重要课题之一。本文将行为管理运用于中专学校体育教师工作评估中，并形成一套评价体系，以利学校体育工作在健康轨道上正常运行。
With reform of schools physical education gradually going deep,one ofthe most important subjects is to evaluate correctally and scientifically the achievement of a physical teacher This paper applies behaviour-management to the evaluation of physical teachers work to form a set of evaluation system that can make schoolphysical work on a proper orbit.
