摘要
目的建立酮洛芬生产车间空气中3-氯甲基苯乙酮的测定方法。方法空气中3-氯甲基苯乙酮用活性炭管采样,乙酸乙酯解吸,经FFAP柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果3-氯甲基苯乙酮在5~1000μg/ml范围呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9992,检出限为1.67mg/m3,平均解吸效率为92.2%~101.5%,100mg活性炭对3-氯甲基苯乙酮的穿透容量是5.0mg。结论该法适用于工作场所空气中的3-氯甲基苯乙酮现场监测。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 3’-chloromethylacetophenone in the air of ketoprofen workplaces. Methods The 3’-chloromethylacetophenone was sampled using activated carbon tube and then desorbed by ethyl acetate. All the components were determined by gas chromatograph with FID after complete separation with FFAP capillary column.
