摘要
很多研究表明,过敏症发病率增加与空气污染密切相关。该文综述了空气污染和气传致敏原引发的过敏症之间关系的研究进展,分析了空气中可能促使过敏症发病率增加的几种主要污染物(臭氧,二氧化氮和大气颗粒物)对过敏体质直接或间接的作用效果,总结了空气污染物影响过敏症发病的几种可能机制,列举了影响过敏症发病的几种可能原因,对预防过敏症有积极意义。
Among the theories supporting the increase of incidence of allergy during the last several decades is the concept that environmental pollutants may play a vital role. The present review reported the effect of different types of pollutants on the development, modulation and persistence of allergic reactions.
