摘要
本文从贝克尔歧视理论出发 ,揭示出其理论基础———身心不悦的实质是厌恶成本 ,解释了其理论困境 ,并运用到大学生就业市场上 ,阐明用人单位拒绝女大学生是市场经济条件下规避成本的理性选择 ,文中具体分析了女大学生自然附着成本的内容 ,并提出女大学生就业的对策。
Starting from Becker's discrimination theory, this article points out the theoretical foundation-the essence of unhappiness is disgust cost, explains its theoretical plight, and applies it to the labor market for college graduates. It indicates that that companies refuse to hire female college graduates is a rational choice under the market economic conditions. The article analyzes the specific content of female college graduates' naturally-attached costs and suggestion for them to find a job.
