摘要
目的:对海金沙草的化学成分作进一步的分离和鉴定。方法:采用色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从海金沙草中分离得到了6个化合物,其结构被确定为:3,4-二羟基苯甲酸4-O-β-D(4’-甲氧基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3,4-dihydroxyl benzonic acid-4-O-β-D(4’-O-methyl)glucopyranoside)(Ⅰ)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid)(Ⅱ)、acacetin 7-O-(6’’-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-sophoroside(Ⅲ)、芹菜素6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖(新西兰牡荆苷,6,8-di-glucosylapigenin or vinenin)(Ⅳ)、小麦黄素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(tricin 7-O-β-D-gluco-pyranoside)(Ⅴ)、2-anilino-1,4-naphthoquinone(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从海金沙科中分离得到。
