摘要
目的:考察马钱子碱的体外经皮吸收性质。方法:测定马钱子碱的油水分配系数。采用改良的Franz扩散池进行体外经皮吸收实验,选择离体大鼠腹部皮肤为渗透屏障,HPLC法测定马钱子碱的浓度。结果:不同温度下马钱子碱的油水分配系数在4.05~5.02之间。0.5和1 mg/m l的马钱子碱游离溶液的经皮吸收速率分别为(1.83±0.50)和(3.74±1.54)μg/cm2.h,24 h累积透过百分率分别为(51.30±18.51)%和(50.01±12.80)%。结论:本研究为马钱子碱经皮吸收制剂设计提供了实验依据。
