摘要
提出了上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)强化处理工艺,利用UASB强化处理工艺对黄石、武汉两地垃圾渗滤液进行对比试验。结果表明,在UASB反应器中投加细小颗粒活性炭可强化UASB反应器的处理效果,使UASB反应器处理垃圾渗滤液的温度扩展到10—20℃,并能获得较好的处理效果;在常温条件下CODCr、BOD5的去除率可达50%以上,NH3-N的去除率可达60%以上;将UASB形成颗粒污泥的时间从53 d左右提前到26 d左右;CODCr容积负荷率从15 kgCODCr/(m3.d)提高至36 kgCODCr/(m3.d)。
This article put forward the intensified technic of UASB(upflow anaerobic sludge blanket),and did parallel experiment with it to deal with the Leachate of Huangshi and Wuhan.According to the data,the effect of UASB reactor could be intensified by adding slender granule activated charcoal.The temperature was extended to 10—20 ℃,and the disposal effect was preferable.Under normal temperature,the removal rate of CODCr,BOD5 is above 50%,and NH3-N was above 60%.The time to form granule sludge was shorten from 53...
