摘要
以天然矿物透锂长石、苏州高岭、华林高岭、萍乡石英和广西滑石等为主要原料,采用普通陶瓷工艺,制备了透锂长石质低膨胀陶瓷材料,通过研究材料的烧成温度与保温时间对材料性能的影响,得出了材料的最佳烧结温度为1 250℃,保温30 min。测试了不同含量透锂长石质陶瓷材料的晶相组成、显微结构以及热膨胀系数,结果表明,随着透锂长石用量的增加,材料中的透锂长石晶体含量增加,其热膨胀系数降低。当透锂长石质量分数为55%时,其热膨胀系数为1.96×10-6/℃。
The low expansion petalite ceramic material was prepared by using natural mineral petalite,Suzhou kaolin,Hualin kaolin,Pingxiang quartz and Guangxi talc as raw materials by ordinary ceramic preparation method.The effect of firing temperature and soaking time of ceramic materials on the properties was investigated.It was obtained that the optimum sintering temperature was 1 250 ℃ with 30 min soaking period.The crystal compose,microstructure and thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic materials were also...
