摘要
在网络社会,互联网成为广大民众生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分,是网民获取知识和信息的重要渠道。计算机网络技术的发展,在带给我们机遇、促进我们发展,对我们产生积极作用的同时,也带来了很多问题。怎样维护网络安全,建立一个文明、健康的网络环境,已成为网络社会的一大课题。
In the network society,Internet has become an indispensable part of popular life,it becomes an important channel for Internet user to acquire knowledge and information.Computer network technology provides us opportunity,promote our development and make the positive effect,at the same time it brings more and more problems.How to protect the network,to create civilized and healthy network environment is a major theme of the network society.
