摘要
日本的东亚区域合作战略根本上是以日美双边关系为基础的多边关系的新发展,日本依托美国,牵制中国,争取东盟,有意执掌东亚合作的方向。本文认为,日本的战略正威胁着东亚共同体的走向,有必要引起重视。
The strategy of East Asian area cooperation of Japan is to develop multilateral relations built on the base bilateral relations of Japan and United States.Its aim is to control development of cooperation in this area,that is,to rely on United States,restrain China,and win over the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.The paper takes that Japan is imperiling the development of East Asian community and we should seriously pay attention to.
