摘要
高等学校正在以素质教育的思想观念为指导推进高等学校的教育教学改革,使之适应全面推进素质教育的要求。素质教育也为信息社会下的高校计算机基础教育提出了更高的要求,而目前的高校计算机公共基础教育依然存在值得研究的课题,深入地剖析计算机基础教育与素质教育两者之间关系,具有重大的实际意义。
