摘要
目的建立同时测定水中多种有机磷农药的气相色谱测定方法。方法水中的微量有机磷化合物经液-液萃取后,用DB-1701毛细管色谱柱,同时在程序升温和恒线速度氮载气条件下进行气相色谱分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果该方法12种有机磷农药的线性范围为0.2~50.0μg/L,相关系数≥0.9991,最低检出浓度为0.009~0.04μg/L,水样加标回收率为78.4%~93.9%,RSD为3.4%~7.5%。结论该方法一次性完成水中12种有机磷化合物的分离和测定,分析时间仅为32.5min,操作简便、灵敏。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in water. Methods Organophosphorus pesticides in the water were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction, then analyzed with DB-1701 capillary column. In the same time, they were determined with GC by controlling the temperature and the speed of nitrogen.
